 Connecting the IDA-X001 to the KCE-300BT interface
Solution The following procedure should be followed when installing (or resetting) the KCE-300BT with the IDA-X001:

Ensure IDA-X001 setup options are set:
- General / INT Mute = Off
- Bluetooth / Bluetooth INT = Adapter


1. Hit Reset button on IDA-X001 (red button, under removable cover - press in with pencil, hold for 2 seconds)

2. Disconnect all power from IDA-X001 - remove power ISO connector from rear of head unit.

3. Disconnect power from KCE-300BT. Leave for 1-2 mins.

4. Re-connect power to KCE-300BT. Switch car ignition on to ensure KCE-300BT is powered up. Make sure blue light on KCE-300BT is blinking.

5. Re-connect power to IDA-X001 head unit. IDA-X001 and KCE-300BT will now communicate.

6. Delete existing pairing on Bluetooth 'phone.

7. Select 'Search for Audio Devices' on bluetooth phone. Enter pin code when requested (normally '0000').

8. Bluetooth should be enabled. Hit 'Phone' button and you should be able to access Call lists / Phone book etc.
