Sony CDX-DAB6650 comes up 'Not Found' on DAB
Solution DAB tuners work differently from conventional AM or FM tuners. Rather than tuning to an individual frequency to pick up an individual station, reception is picked up in blocks of stations, or "multiplexes". Once you are tuned to a multiplexed group, you can switch from station to station within that group almost instantaneously.

When the Sony CDX-DAB6650 is first installed, the first time the DAB tuner source is selected, the radio will display "Not found" to denote that it is not currently tuned to a multiplexed station group. Pressing the seek tuning buttons momentarily will not tune to a station, as the unit is not currently tuned to a multiplex group.

To initiate DAB reception, press and hold one of the seek tuning buttons (on the far right of the unit). The initial beep from the unit will be followed by a second lower beep. The button can then be released and the unit will begin to seek tune. Locating a multiplexed group will then typically take around 30 seconds or so, after which the unit should lock onto a station. Once it has done so, you can either switch from station to station within the same multiplexed group by pressing the seek buttons momentarily, or progress to the next multiplexed group by pressing and holding one of the seek buttons until the second lower beep is heard.
